I truly appreciate your honesty in this post. It takes a lot of courage to 'put it out there'. I have 150 to lose and am down 32 with Mike Vacanti. I agree that he is an awesome coach. Don't know how long that I can continue since it is a big expense for me but my health is worth it. Thank you for your honesty and Thank you for your inspiration.
